Who you're working with
Digital Pool Plans is Joshua Grosjean. I do the design work myself.
What you're buying
The design work and plan files for the package you choose, as described on the Packages page. Your files are delivered digitally.
Payment
The Basic Pool Design and the Pool and Spa Design are paid in full to start. The Custom Pool and Spa Design is paid in two parts: $1,000 to start, and $1,000 when your files are delivered. You can pay through Stripe (card or bank transfer) or PayPal.
Refunds
If you cancel before I've started work on your design, you get a 100% refund of what you've paid.
If you cancel after I've started work, you get a 70% refund of what you've paid.
Refunds go back to the way you paid.
