Basic Pool Design
For homeowners who want a straightforward, affordable plan for the pool structure. It covers the pool and nothing around it, so you get a clean set your builder can bid and build from.
What's included
- Custom pool layout: shape and size drawn to fit your yard and how you want to use it.
- Construction drawings: pool dimensions, depths and the key structural parts.
- Equipment placement: where the pump, filter and skimmers go.
- Material specifications for the shell and finishes, useful for budgeting and contractor bids.
- Basic electrical and plumbing notes for tying the pool into your existing utilities.
- Site plan overlay showing the pool inside your property lines. This needs a property survey from you.
Not included: permits, steel plans, steel schedules and landscaping.
Pool and Spa Design
For homeowners and builders who want the pool and spa planned as one piece, with the features chosen up front instead of added later.
What's included
- 3D renderings of the pool and spa, so you can look at the design from every side before construction starts.
- A design consultation with me to settle shape, size, materials and finishes.
- Feature options worked into the plan: efficient pumps, automated lighting, smart controls and water features.
- Site planning for placement and drainage, with your local rules in mind.
- Construction drawings, including plumbing and electrical plans, for your contractor.
Not included: permits, steel plans and steel schedules, which come only with the Custom Pool and Spa Design.
Custom Pool and Spa Design
For a one-of-a-kind pool or spa. We start from your site, budget and ideas, and finish with a complete set ready for permits and construction.
What's included
- A consultation on your site, budget and what you have in mind.
- Conceptual design: early sketches and 3D renderings of your custom pool and/or spa.
- Detailed construction drawings with dimensions, materials and technical specifications.
- Custom features worked in: waterfalls, lighting, heating and automation.
- Guidance on finishes, tile, decking and the landscaping around the pool.
- Permits, steel plans and steel schedules are included.
